How to Improve Your Bonus
Your bonus depends on the whole team hitting KPI targets. Here are the top tips for each metric — small improvements across the team make a big difference to everyone's pocket.
How the Bonus is Calculated
The Formula
Step 1
Sales above Breakeven
Monthly sales must exceed the store's actual breakeven (~$370–410k) to generate any profit
Step 2
NPS Target Met
NPS must meet or exceed the monthly target. If NPS is missed, no bonus is triggered even if we're in profit
Step 3
10% Profit Share
(Sales − Breakeven) × GP% × 70% × 10% = base bonus pool, shared pro-rata to your hours
Step 4
+Up to 5% for KPIs
Hit 3WHO, CL Assessments <50 and Hearing Screening to earn an extra 1.67% per KPI met — hit all 3 for the full extra 5% and up to 50% more bonus
Example: Monthly sales $450k · Breakeven $370k · GP% 75% →
Net profit = ($450k − $370k) × 75% × 70% = $42,000 ·
Full 15% pool = $6,300 ·
Full-time team member earns approx $450/month
Eligibility Criteria

Punctuality: Arriving on time, punching in and out correctly

Phone use: No phones on the shop floor or during work (only on breaks)
